Thank you for purchasing from Cyber Ready Global Ltd. We want you to have complete confidence in your purchase. This refund policy sets out your rights and our obligations when you buy our digital products.

1. Digital Products

All products sold by Cyber Ready Global Ltd are digital downloads, including but not limited to:

• The SME Cybersecurity Readiness Kit
• The 5-Minute SME Cyber-Health Scorecard
• Individual policy templates, checklists, and playbooks

Because our products are delivered electronically and are available for immediate download upon purchase, they are considered consumed at the point of access. This is consistent with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide that the right of withdrawal may be waived for digital content once download has commenced.

2. Our Satisfaction Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible at info@cyberreadyglobal.com.

We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• The product you received was materially different from its description
• You experienced a genuine technical issue preventing access or download, which we were unable to resolve
• Duplicate payment was made in error

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date with the following information:

• Your full name and the email address used to purchase
• Your order number or transaction reference
• The reason for your refund request

4. Refund Process

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method via Payhip, our payment and delivery platform. Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

We are unable to process refunds to a different payment method than the one used at the time of purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We are generally unable to offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• You have changed your mind after downloading or accessing the product
• You claim the product does not suit your specific needs, where it was accurately described
• More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase
• The refund request is made after the product has been substantially used or shared

6. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you have accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact us promptly at info@cyberreadyglobal.com and we will arrange a full refund of the duplicate charge.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you believe we have acted unfairly or in breach of applicable consumer protection legislation, you may also seek assistance from the Citizens Advice consumer helpline or refer a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service.

8. Free Products

The free 5-Minute SME Cyber-Health Scorecard, available at payhip.com/CyberReadyGlobal, is provided at no charge and is therefore not subject to this refund policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
